For the last several years I have had a dog that would never come when I called her, jump on me, or do anything that I would ask her to do. She wasn’t just aggressive towards other dogs, she was downright nasty. One day I was talking with some other dog lovers who were amazed at how much my dog hated me. After she started barking all of a sudden every time I picked up or carried her dog it was obvious she was going to be barking for a long time.
So I rounded up all of the other dog lovers and we set up an afternoon training class for the dog. There were about 15 dogs in attendance and I taught the dog training tricks that I know are important to dog training. Most of them were basic commands like sit, come, and lay down. The dog training tricks that I taught them included the walk, heel, and lay down. After I did the dog a couple times and they seemed to respond well.
That day I knew that if I was going to get an aggressive dog into professional dog training then I needed to use the dog training tricks that I learned from that day. So I went to work on the walk. I started by putting the dog in a harness and walking her on all fours. I started off slowly but ended up walking her quickly and moving her forward very comfortably. I made sure that she got excited every time I lifted her up.
If you are looking for a way to train an aggressive dog the same way that I trained my dog, then you need to be aware that it is going to take a lot more time. It is not something that you can do overnight. You must be consistent. In order for your dog to learn aggressive dog training tricks you must take an aggressive dog training course. These courses can be found on the internet, in your local library or pet store and you can even enroll in a dog obedience school to specialize in aggressive dog training.
The second dog training trick that we used was the heel and lay down. To do this, you will need to use treats and praise. Before I had my dog I would catch him in the act of jumping and I would tell him no and push him away. When I took him to my doggy camp, I noticed that he was barking so I put him in his crate and told him to lay down. After he laid down, I slowly gave him praise until he got tired and just laid down.
The third dog training tricks for aggressive dog training that we did was to follow him around and keep him where he belonged. My dog likes to wander and he always comes back to me. I would take him out every day to do his business and on the days that I did not do my chores I would let him know where I was and that I would soon get back. This way he would always come back to me and I could give him more attention. We made sure to make it as fun and interesting as possible.
The fourth dog training tricks that we did were for the walk and the sit. These are two dog obedience commands that I am fairly certain every dog owner does but do not think you should start putting them together. We put the first command first so that if he wanted to go outside he would know where to go. If he had an aggressive dog training program in his brain then he would just ignore the command. That is just not how he is.
The fifth dog training tricks for aggressive dog training that we did was for the stay and then come. Again this is something that every dog owner should know because this is what teaches your dog when he has to come. I used to only teach my dog to come on cue. He had no idea that he had to actually come when I told him to.
