“The Pup Camp” is the new dog day care facility located right in Severna Park, Maryland, just a short distance from Pet Smart. We provide dog grooming, dog daycare, and dog wrap. Our goal is to give the best care they deserve while giving quality relationships with both dog owners and their pups. Dog owners come for dog training tips, grooming advice, or to just relax and play with their dog.
The Pup Camp offers dog-walking services, dog-scrubbing, dog-walking services, and dog nail clipping. There is also a doggie daycare that is available each day of the week. We have a number of different levels of care depending on how far you want to take us. (We are only open every Monday, Friday, and Sunday).
The Pup Camp was created to fill a genuine need in the area. Nobody was taking care of their dog pets and leaving them at home alone all day long. Owners were giving up their dogs because they were sick, lonely, and fearful. A few people even took the dog facility into their homes and created a mini dog room there. They would leave their dogs at the dog daycare for a few hours each day.
These owners wanted to see their dogs happy and healthy. So they invested in high quality dog supplies and dog training information. Now dog owners come every weekend and enjoy going to the dog daycare while they are getting a little bit of extra exercise and bonding time with their dogs. They are also saving money by not bringing their dogs into the Pup Camp and paying significantly less for boarding and kenneling fees. That’s money that can be spent on treats, dog toys, or better yet, treat boxes!
When dogs come to the Pup Camp, they will typically go home with spiffy new dog beddings. Their dog wash will also be done right there and they will also be given some dog wipes to use after the wash. All of this is done under the watchful eye of the Professional Staff. We want to make sure that our dog wash facility is spotless, clean, and perfectly staffed to handle any situation that may arise during the day.
The goal of the Pup Camp professional staff is to make dog wash facilities not only fun for the dog owners but, well worth the investment. When you invest in your dog’s health, you also invest in your dog’s social life. Having a place to go when you need a little bit of pampering will really boost your dog’s confidence and you will notice an improvement in how they interact with others from day one. They will not be as likely to run off to chase some neighborhood kids or worse yet, another dog!
The goal of the Pup Camp Professional Staff is not only to provide you with great dog wash facilities, they want to make it so that you will bring your dog to the wash every day. It makes perfect sense for them because, the more times your dog gets bathed, the more often they will develop a natural cleaner inside them. It also means fewer fleas and ticks in your dog. It’s almost like giving them a free pass for a couple months!
If you have a little boy or a girl, then you know just how much they love playing in the sand. It’s perfect for the kids because it’s a fun way for them to learn how to swim and have some fun in the sun at the same time. They love it when you give them a sponge bath right after playing in the sand. It’s such a relaxing day out for them and they love it when you tell them they’re going to the beach and let them play in the sand.
