The young upstart dog trainer, Cameron Mills has discovered a method to help new dog owners be successful in their training efforts. His dog training tricks are being used by trainers all over the country and they are very popular. The question is; are these methods any better than traditional dog training? Are they any more efficient? In this article I will look at one of the methods he suggests: the Lucky Dog.
To start with, let me explain what the lucky dog is and how it can help you. It is a small dog that acts like a Frisbee. They fly around and chase the dog owner, who keeps chasing after them. Each time they fail to catch the dog, they replace them with a new dog with a different color and set of characteristics. This goes on until the dog no longer recognizes its owner and does not return to the dog owner when called. It is basically a dog that is extremely lucky and gets to catch the attention of the dog training tricks every time.
Here’s one of the dog training tricks that the lucky dog performs well. We are talking about the sitting and standing task. The dog training tricks that experts use include the “sit” and the “stay” command. When you teach your dog to sit, the dog training tricks that you teach your dog are going to require him to sit down. He will need some time to get used to it but when you reward him, you are sure to have him sit down each time.
To teach the stay dog training trick, you are first going to have to teach your dog how to stay. You do this by having him sit down, then having him stand up. The idea behind the stay dog training trick is for the dog to have confidence in you so that he will be more likely to sit down each time. Your dog will learn to sit down each time by staying put for a period of time. After he has done this a few times, you can then move up to the next stage.
The next dog training trick that the lucky dog can perform is to roll over onto his back. It is pretty much impossible for your dog to lie down on his stomach when he is rolling over. It takes a little bit of practice but with enough time, your dog will learn how to roll over onto his back. He will lie down in the same way each time, but after he rolls over onto his back, you can reward him with praise or food.
Another dog training trick that the lucky dog can perform is to bring himself to a standing position. There are two ways to teach your dog this dog trick. The first way is to simply walk up to your dog while he is standing and say “sit” while he is doing it. The other way is to actually get down on the floor with your dog and allow him to lie down.
The third dog training trick that the lucky dog can learn is called the forward head tilt. This dog training trick is very similar to the one above but this time you want your dog to bring himself to a standing position. Again, the dog must stand still and you should say the word “sit” while he is in standing position. Then, the dog must bring himself to a sitting position. Repeat these steps until your dog is comfortable with this dog training trick.
All of the dog training tricks that the Carlton Martin is able to do are ones that any dog owner would be proud to call their own. This dog is a leader and he will continue to excel at whatever training tricks that other dogs will try to teach him. As long as you keep with the basic commands such as stay, heel and sit, you will have no problems with training your dog.
